Client’s Profile:

They used to provide server to people and companies so as they can do the free–web hosting.

Description of Project

  • The sale was good, but the profit margins were very less.
  • We had to increase their profit margins.

Challenge:

  • If we would increase the price of the product, then the sale would get decreased.
  • So, the profit would get NIL.
  • Thus, we had to increase the profit without increasing the prices.

Solution:

  • We designed them a strategy, under which this company took Google affiliate network accounts and implement a multi-level chain network ahead it.
  • We made SRS Document of the product based on this strategy, according to which we had to make a hosting control panel into which the multi level network chain would get implemented.

Result:

  • The profit of the company got increased by 20% because of that software.
  • The clones of that software started got sales in the market as well.
